Fabric Sourcing & Treatment Services
for emerging and established designers
TEG’s Fabric Sourcing Services support fashion designers through the sourcing process with experienced guidance, ensuring creative vision is aligned with material quality, production feasibility, and long-term brand goals.
Our sourcing services are designed to meet designers where they are. For those who want full support, our Sourcing Manager researches and identifies appropriate vendors, considering key factors such as texture, drape, durability, lead times, minimums, and cost. Designers receive curated swatches for review, along with guidance through selection and purchasing to ensure clarity and consistency throughout development.
For designers who prefer a more hands-on approach, TEG also offers a sourcing consultation option. This provides expert direction and technical input—along with patternmaker review—while allowing designers to manage sourcing independently using a customized list of recommended suppliers.
Beyond fabric and trim selection, TEG supports specialty treatments such as embroidery, printing, dye washes, and finishes. For denim and washed styles, we follow a specialized process to account for shrinkage and fit, ensuring accurate results for final garments.
