03 CUT AND SEW MANUFACTURING
TEG operates a vertically integrated clothing production facility in Los Angeles. With our skills, we’ve provided studio-level and factory-level production for nearly 4000 high-end designers, ensuring exceptional quality in every garment.
Studio Level Production (10–50 pieces per style)
Our in-house Studio Level Production team specializes in small volume (no minimum cut and sew manufacturing) cuts of 1-50 pieces. This lends itself to brands that require special handling or quality, or upcycled designs at a higher-end price point. The in-studio production team also fulfills orders for brands seeking rush orders or runs for publicity, and works on sewn art installations and special collaboration projects.
Factory Level Production (50+ pieces per style)
Our seasoned production team is part of every detail of your production journey, from grading and marking to precise cutting and sewing, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish.
TEG’s Factory Level Production specializes in small volume and high-end production. Volumes range from 50-100, 100-200, to 200-300 pieces per style, including all sizes and multiple colors, providing flexibility to suit your unique production needs.
